Turkey Antipasto Panini

8 slices Francisco French Sliced Bread or Francisco Sourdough Sliced Bread

2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)

8 ounces shaved turkey

6 ounces quartered marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped

1/2 cup sun-dried tomato halves, sliced

1/2 cup sliced roasted red bell peppers

12 basil leaves

4 slices provolone cheese

Cooking spray


Makes: 4 Servings
Preparation time: 7 minutes
Cook time: 3 minutes

Spread mayonnaise evenly over each Francisco bread slice and top 4 bread slices evenly with turkey, artichokes, tomato, bell pepper, basil leaves, and cheese. Top with remaining bread slices. Coat both sides with cooking spray.

Place sandwiches on panini grill. Grill until bread is browned and cheese melts.
