Three Herb Chimichurri Dip

4 slices Francisco Sourdough bread, torn into quarters
1 cup fresh parsley
1/4 cup fresh oregano
2 tablespoons fresh mint
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
1 clove garlic, peeled
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
Makes: 4 Servings
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Place parsley, oregano, mint, olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper in a food processor or blender, and process for 20 to 30 seconds, or until mixture is blended. Pour into a decorative bowl, and place in the center of a platter.
