Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 6 minutes

In medium bowl combine ground meat, Francisco sourdough crumbs, green onion, pepper, and salt. Divide ground meat into 12 separate patties. Distribute cheese between 6 of the patties, covering the top. Place the remaining patties on top and seal edges, creating a bubble inside your six patties.

Coat large skillet with cooking spray and place on medium-high heat. Add burgers and cook for 3 minutes on one side. Turn the patties over and cook until cooked through.

Put patties on sourdough toast and place the rest of the trimmings evenly on the burger.
