San Francisco Wharf-Style Seafood Sandwich

8 slices Francisco French Sliced Bread

8 ounces cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 can (6 ounces) lump crab meat, drained

1 stalk celery, finely chopped

2 green onions, thinly sliced

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 teaspoons lemon juice

8 Bibb lettuce leaves

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Directions

Makes: 4 Servings
Preparation time: 15 minutes

In a medium bowl, gently stir together shrimp, crab, celery, green onions, mayonnaise, and lemon juice (and salt and pepper to taste). Place lettuce on bottom half of Francisco French Sliced Bread. Spoon the seafood mixture on top and garnish with cherry tomatoes. Place top half of Francisco French Sliced Bread over the filling to serve.
