Prosciutto, Fontina, and Fig Panini

8 slices of Francisco French Sliced Bread

4 ounces sliced prosciutto

4 ounces shredded fontina cheese

1/2 cup baby arugula leaves

1/4 cup fig preserves

Cooking spray

Directions

Makes: 4 Servings
Preparation time: 15 minutes

Preheat panini grill.

Top 4 bread slices evenly with prosciutto, fontina cheese, and arugula. On remaining 4 bread slices, evenly spread 1 tablespoon fig preserves and place on top of the rest of the sandwiches. Coat outsides of sandwiches with cooking spray and place on panini grill; cook until golden and cheese is melted.
